Outdoor Gooseneck Basketball Package
The Gooseneck Basketball Package is ideal for schoolyards, municipal parks, and recreational facilities. Designed for high-use outdoor environments, this standard-duty system ensures reliable performance and safety.
It includes a 4-1/2″ O.D. gooseneck post with a 48″ safe play area, a fan-shaped marked steel backboard, and a fixed double rim. This rugged system holds up to constant use and tough weather conditions.

Durable GN45 Gooseneck Post
The GN45 post adds lasting value to any outdoor basketball court. Its 4-1/2″ O.D. gooseneck design includes a 4′ extension arm that creates a safe 48″ play area. As a result, players stay protected during games.
The post supports backboards and rims weighing up to 100 pounds. In addition, its curved shape maintains a consistent playing height, while the integrated V-brace helps reduce vibration for improved stability.
1245T Steel Basketball Backboard
The 1245T backboard is built for long-term playground use. Made from 12-gauge steel, it includes a durable white powder coat finish and an orange shooting target for better visibility.
On the reverse side, an integral reinforcing steel channel provides additional strength. Moreover, it features 20 x 35 mounting centers and keyhole slots for easy, direct installation. This setup also allows for rim replacement without removing the backboard.
240 Super Fixed Rim Included
The Gooseneck Basketball Package includes the 240 Super Fixed Rim, which delivers great outdoor performance at an affordable price. It features 18″ double rings, a 5/8″ top ring, and a 1/2″ bottom ring for increased durability.
Dual 1/2″ x 15″ braces add extra support. Additionally, the rim includes a no-tie net attachment for simple installation. A GGN nylon net and mounting hardware are also included for convenience.

The Gooseneck Basketball Package Standard Duty – PK4540 is shipped on a 4’ x 10’ pallet. The total shipping weight is a minimum of 365 pounds, including pallet and packaging.
Shipping Location
Our flat fee shipping rate is for shipping within the continental United States. If you would like this basketball goal or any other gym equipment shipped elsewhere, please contact us so that we may provide a custom shipping quote.
Delivery
We will request that your order be delivered on a truck equipped with a lift gate. However, freight companies are known to disregard these instructions. If the driver shows up without a lift gate, and the order cannot be unloaded, please contact us immediately so that we can verify that a left gate was on the freight order.
The driver may need assistance unloading your freight. The friendlier or more helpful you are or the promise of a tip, will go along way when working with drivers. A average tip for this type of delivery is $10 to $20.
Drivers are not required to delivery pallets to an indoor space. There is an extra fee for indoor delivery. Again, if you’re friendly and helpful or offer a tip, most drivers will provide additional assistance.
Damage
Please list all noticeable damage on the delivery ticket before signing. Also, please take photos of damage immediately. Email us the photos so that we can work with the shipper to rectify any problems.
