52oz berber entry mats with vinyl edge ramp trap dust and debris before it gets tracked into your gym, school, home, or office.  They are available is 41 colors.  Logos, lettering, or other artwork can be inlaid for an additional fee.

Weight
Entrance Armor 52 (EA52) has a face weight of 52oz per square yard.  With the composite rubber backing, the total weight is 93oz per square yard.  EA52 is one of the heaviest entry mats available today.  And, the deep berber texture helps hold dirt better than thinner more shallow mats.

Thickness
The total thickness is 1/2 inch with berber carpet and rubber backing.

Berber Material
The berber is made from 100% solution dyed UV stabilized polypropylene yarn with 20% post-consumer recycled content.  Solution dyed fibers get their color during production, rather than afterwards.  So, the color is built into the fibers and it will not wash away.  The UV stabilization reduces the chance of fading from direct sunlight.  Polypropylene yarn dries quickly and is not prone to mold or mildew.

Vinyl Edge Ramp
The vinyl edge ramp extends under the carpet and is stitched into the backing.  Corner gussets are then added to ensure the entry mat lays flat at the corners.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
The EA52 entry mats are manufactured by Facility Armor.  They provide a 3 year limited warranty.

Flammability
EA52 berber entry mats meet safety requirements for ASTM D2859 CPSC FF 1-70 testing.  This test replicates a cigarette being dropped on carpet.  If the flame does not spread more than 3 inches past the ignition source, then the material passes the test.  EA52 mats pass this test.
